Animal rescue and rehabilitation:
We actively participate in rescuing and rehabilitating animals in distress. Our team of experts includes veterinarians and animal welfare activists who work together to provide medical care, food, shelter, and other necessary services to injured and abandoned animals. We have rescued and rehabilitated hundreds of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, and cows.
Adoption drives:
We believe that every animal deserves a loving and caring home. To promote animal adoption, we organize adoption drives where people can come and adopt animals. We conduct thorough background checks and home visits to ensure that the animal is going to a suitable home. Through our adoption drives, we have found forever homes for numerous animals.
Animal awareness campaigns:
We believe that awareness is the first step towards change. We conduct various animal awareness campaigns, including talks, seminars, and workshops, to educate people about animal welfare. Our campaigns focus on topics such as pet care, animal rights, and animal cruelty. We also conduct school visits to educate children about animal welfare and the importance of treating animals with kindness and compassion.
Spay and Neuter Initiatives:
In an effort to manage the population of stray animals, the Lion Heart Foundation conducts spay and neuter programs. Our experienced veterinarians provide free sterilization services to stray animals, helping to curb overpopulation and prevent instances of animal cruelty and abandonment.
Feeding Programs:
Recognizing the challenges faced by stray animals in accessing food, we organize feeding programs to ensure they receive proper nutrition. Our dedicated volunteers hit the streets to provide nutritious meals to stray animals, alleviating hunger and promoting their well-being.
