     • Contact Information (email and phone number)
     • Date of Donation
     • Amount Donated
     • Transaction ID or Receipt Number
     • Reason for Refund Request

2. Review and Processing:

   • Review: Lion Heart Foundation will review the refund request within 3 business days of receipt.
   • Additional Information: We may contact you for any additional information required to process the refund.

3. Approval and Refund:

   • Approval: Once the refund request is approved, the donation amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
   • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Conditions for Non-Refundable Donations

• Donations made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
• Donations made through third-party platforms or fundraising events not directly managed by Lion Heart Foundation.
• Donations for which a tax receipt has already been issued.
